Team Fortress 2. For FREE.

Apparently this weekend or next weekend, Valve is putting up Team Fortress 2 for free for from Friday to Sunday or some shit.

I figured you guys always shit yourselves over free things, so I'd tell you about it. Best goddamn game ever.

I've played the game QUITE EXTENSIVELY so if anyone has any questions at all regarding it, I should be able to answer anything ever. The only class I really don't know how to ADVANCED PLAY is as Engineer, but I can still answer basic questions about him.

Just get Steam, and download Team Fortress 2. It shouldn't take too long, Valve's download servers are usually pretty fast.

Try it out and add me to your steam friends list(DekusScrub) and I'll give you a beating. I would usually Medic for you, but they just came out with the new Medic Weapons and every idiot ever is playing the class. Really shittily, I might add.

Man I really should talk to the guys and see if we can't get our old TF2 server back up. We had a pretty steady membership and some great regs, until we took a month off from TF2, forgot to update the server and ended up losing our daily players because they thought the server was down.

in that case, could I just DL the client game then play on private servers or must it end at the end of the fourth. If I can actually still use the game after the 4th, I'd DL it, otherwise screw it.

I'm pretty sure the game will lock down at the end of the free weekend like what Red Orchestra and Day of Defeat: Source did when they had free weekends for those.
