Found a Carriguiruc! Now what's the best "Blade" spot?

SO, while leveling my Acrofighter job, I managed to get the only board I've seen in the game for this weapon (IE - first time I've seen it drop, and I got it).

Looking into the item, I've got all the mats, excepting the C-blades...

Which, of course, cost 5+ million a blade.

Any thoughts on best drop-mission, or the one easiest to solo?

(I kinda doubt I'll get many helpers to hunt the blades...)

MAG, I'd think. That's the only place I've seen them drop. Perhaps it's easier to find the blade on C, but I doubt you'd remain sane after hunting it.

whats worse is it will most likely fail like mine nearly did before i decided to sell my blade >:) i dont even have a cast to use is well anyway so... MAG. I just saw a blade drop on the first run through the ruins I did. It was an S, but blades drop on any rank so soloing Cs is probably your best bet.

Any place the Carriguine appears will drop the blade. 3 will appear in the MAG ruin area. It may be the best place during the event period.

MAG is probably your best bet. I've seen 2 drop so far and that's more than I've seen in any other mission.

You do it on mag regardless if it's best or not! We need to unlock stuff and we can have people hunting nonsense when there's much work to be had!!! >___>

First Time I saw this blade drop it was on Random Drop and I picked it up thinking I wouldent get it... Bam! got it and held it in my inventory for 2 days before I figured out that I was sitting on a Gold mine. Sold it and the rest is magic! Long Story Short, Go do many many many many C's. Even if you dont find one, your boosting our kills and overall helping yourself.

thats why im waiting until after MAG for the synth bonus. I don't trust 91%.

I got two blades in a couple consecutive runs of MAG B. The party was set to random and I was with three other people. I'm just glad two of them were my friends, else I'd probably have three people pissed at me or something. Funny, because I haven't seen any other than that.

Iv'e managed to aquire quite a few through running C runs. I havent gone more than 5 runs at a time without seeing a blade drop so far. C's are also extremely good for Gaozoran Rod parts. Granted, they are not really that expensive to buy.

Thanks for the ideas - I for sure won't be running anything else but MAG while the event is up - but I guess I should have been more clear earlier.

I was more wanting to know the best location *outside* MAG for C-Blade hunting.

That way, outside of any event-only drop mods, I can try hunting C-Blades *after* the MAG Event ends - in case I don't get 2 C-Blades by MAG's end on the 23rd.

For consideration, I'm using a 130 Level M CAST, and have ForteGunnner, Guntecher, FighGunner, ForteFighter, Wartecher jobs all at 20 Job Level. (Still working on Acrofighter; only Level 7 right now).

With that in mind, what the easiest non-MAG mission to locate C-Blades, for hunting purposes AFTER the MAG event ends?
