Just use the item condition option and look at the other prices and price it how you wish. It's a fairly common item right now so it won't go for much.

You're probably better off buying one. I took the time and money to gather all of the mats only to have it come out at 14% dark.... On the flip side, my Slayic came out at 28% lightning, so I it wasn't that bad of a day...

It´s a little overkill requirement seeing as far as i have noticed. Storm Line don´t have a large chance to succeed and it need alot of those shit too.
