PSU-Item: Preta: Useless, or Killer?

I've heard rumblings/rumors that the Preta R-mag shoots Incapacitate bullets (aka Killer Shot). Neither the PSOW database nor the JP Wiki has any info about this, though.

Does anyone know for sure? Have I just won a pretty, but useless lottery item? Or do the cruddy stats reflect a hidden usefulness?

Don't think it has a SE effect. I consider this RCSM useless.

Someone needs to go run Grove S2 with it and sit back... If it has Killer Shot, it should be obvious enough...

Well, maybe not, since when I run it with my main my PM's Killer Elite lands maybe one or two noticable insta-kills a run.

It doesn't have Killer Shot effect. I use it often, and it would have become apparent by now. If it has any sort of a instant death effect, it's so transparent and worthless that it might as well not be there.

As I understand it, the only special ability of Preta is it's ability to fire rapidly. Of course, it's firing pattern means it'll miss most of the targets you're aiming it, and it only shoots 2 bullets. Meaning that not only does a 9* RCSM have FAR more TP - it has a roughly similar firing rate and can fire three bullets in a straight line that generally hit their target.

It's a decoration. That's all.
