Type input screen wont go away.

Here is my problem, as of today when I am already logged into psu, whenever i say something the words will continue to flash on the screen in the type input box. After this happens I cant type anything as the the input box keeps reseting itself to whatever I first said when i logged in.

Its not a keyboard or game controller problem to my knowledge as i disconnected both after the problem arised and its still happening.

Has this ever happened to anyone?

Just to make sure we are on the same page, I am not taking about the chat bubbles.

Can you clarify which system you are on? If you are on PC, have you tried hitting the escape key? Maybe you have a button that controls that window sticking. Try changing your configuration so that the button controlling that is set to another. This can help you isolate which button is malfunctioning.
