All right, lemme start from the beginning.
A while back, I thought one of my speakers on my computer didn't work. So, I have this boombox I've had since 1995. Damn thing still works too. Anyway, it has a tape deck. I'm sure most of you have seen the funky tapes with a headphone jack coming out of the side. Something like this.

So, I use this so I can play my mp3 player, my TV, my computer, anything with a headphone jack. I even used my DS with it. Which was awesome. http://www.pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_smile.gif
Fast forward to now. Before, I was in a small city, which was mostly [s]wannabe rappers desert. So, nothing adverse usually happened. Now, I live in a more urban city. Whenever I turn on the tape deck, for some strange reason, it faintly plays a spanish channel from some frequency. (Hello, AZ. Explains the spanish thing.)
Even weirder, I just had a helicopter fly over my hourse a few mintes ago. I heard what the pilots were saying, clearly, for a few seconds.
What the hell, man?

Those weren't helicopter pilots, they were advanced aliens from universes undiscovered.
And that's not a stereo, that's a stereo-esque device sent to you by aliens from universes undiscovered.
It's actually a billion years old, and they have much more advanced stuff that is on the way to your house right now, going at the speed of light. Sadly, these aliens are trillions of light-years away.
I hope you're patient.

Guessing implies a lack of knowledge, and while I suppose it would be fair to say that I lack certainty, I feel a fair bit more confident than guessing would suggest.

Oh my, I had been thinking Aluminum (Aluminium in the British Isles).
Edit: In America, British is spelled with two ts.
