I thought I should contact them since I got the 065 error, but I can't find the support tickets. I've looked all over Sega's site. Can someone tell me where, or give me a link? 8x

O Gat already got it for you. Yeah Guilt and I went to sega s/upport yesterday and GM just told us he hadn't heard anything from the billing guys yet. All you can do is send in your ticket and those that do MAY receive some sort of compensation in the future, though they're still discussing it.
