I'm looking at armor and I can't find the meaning for this anywhere.

MST relates to your tech defense... from techs. Or so I think >.>

Ment. Is mental Strength on the armor its how much it adds to whatu already have, hence ment is mst

It's your defense against technic attacks; your MST after armor is factored in basically.

Armor Elemental Defense is much more valuable in my opinion. Those Legless/Rainbow's are a nice addition to throw in your armor. I've got a few now, but I'm assuming you're 360 D:

But the 20 STA on it tends to make up for it, depending on the tech you're up against. It can prevent Megid instadeath, though you do still take quite a bit of damage. Use it when you'll be up against Megid (Ruins, to use a current example), but leave it at home for stuff like Foie (Caves) or Barta.
