And saying normal things isn't random either, because the definition of random is not normal, unexpected. Therefore it's impossible to win here. Therefore I win.

Actually, that means that nobody can win, because they'd need to know what pika thinks is random and then do something that he would think is random...but then if pika told them that, pika would expect them to do that...making nothing random whatsoever.
