The Magashi parts are not available outside of the Japanese PC/PS2 servers. But, we'll see a mission in the coming months that features Magashi as an enemy. That's where you'll be able to get them.

Something to note about this, the first mission that will feature Magashi is a story mission, and if we follow exactly like the Japanese version, only the arm, torso and legs parts will drop. When we get the Il Cabo mission that Japan got today (Remaining Blades (http://psupedia.info/Remaining Blades)), Magashi will begin to drop his head.
