Lol, I worked in retail for years also. Just because it is the way things are doesn't mean we have to except it. BECAUSE people except it is why it still happens. Condoning it is far worse in my opinion than the actual ignorance. It's called get into a profession that you don't have to deal with that kind of people ie: not the service industry. Oh, and I will continue to point it out every time. ;P
