well now that i`m part of the 065 error i did find a number for sega america if anyone wants it this is it (415)701-6000 when i called the message said that they are open m-f 8:30 am to 5:oopm so i left a message and i will call 2-3times a day until i get my account back. hope this helps people out there.

Fill out a support ticket on the official website. I'm not sure they would care about calls.

call sega and fill their messages

They do care about the calls. They normally end them by telling you "you've been added to a list of accounts that need to be fixed." Though I'm paraphrasing here, and that's usually when you call and the representitives are there.

How did you find that number? THe only number I was able to find was the one where it lets you only work with the automated service where every answer is; "For further information, go to www dot Sega dot COM!( With a gay man's voice that sounds like he just found something exciting)"

glad to see the number listed on here. Maybe enough people calling will get them to work overtime and on weekends to fix the problem.
