Widescreen!

I know PSU AOI has widescreen rez. but its not allowing me to choose them so is there a reason for this? It useto allow me but now I cant lol..

Try 1280x270.

As far as I know it doesn't support widescreen. Atleast I haven't found anything for my screen. xD

It DOES support widescreen, but, the process in which you have to activate it is a little... Strange.

The highest it supports is 1280x720, I believe.

You mean 1280 by 720, correct?

I remember this issue before - I believe that the problem was that the option was not appearing in the options menu because the drivers for the video card were outdated.

I'm not sure if that's true or not, Get. Maybe for some cards. Mine however, were fully up to date, yet required me to add the resolution in my Video Card options (I'm not sure how I did this, and I don't want to give you improper advice on what to do http://www.pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_mad.gif.)

It might be something that has to be done differently on a case by case basis.

yeah, you have to manually add it. there's a post in pc support in the psu forums about it. only goes up to 1280x760.

I hope the next expansion supports 1920x1200

It's a bit odd that the original Unreal Tournament came out Christmas of 1999 and supports that resolution but not this game

Yea it really sucks not being able to play fullscreen.

I tried 1280x720 and windowed it looks so small and if I make it fullscreen its all pixelized.

Ah, I guess it was showing that rez but I was hoping for my moniters native rez... eh to bad right? lol
