Does Project DF stay after MAG?

As far as I know, yeah but only up to A rank.

It gets a ' after the Project DF, and the drop rate and exp should be reduced too. (And the boss gets more HP I bet)

Yeah, S gets removed, drop rates and exp go back to normal, DF's HP will go back up to normal.

We're supposed to get Seal of the Dark God not long after MAG as well, so you'll have another mission in which to fight Dark Rol Falz in, at a higher difficulty as well.

It undergoes the same thing as Program DF (and then some) after the event concludes. MAG-apostrophe will only go up to difficulty level A, EXP payout and drop rates will not be boosted, Ash, Rupika, Sue and Kireek will not appear, Weapons Badges will not drop from boxes and there are no rare enemies in the mission. Oh, and the mission rewards (Meseta and mission points after clearing the trial, I mean) get dropped just a bit. (Even with the drop, the mission still isn't bad for getting a decent amount of EXP.)

My guess as to why MAG-prime and Program DF-prime (lol math terms) only go up to S is because ST is only leaving them in there for the PSO fans who want to play on the old stages, not for people to get insane rewards on.

Don't forget that they change the weapon badges to PA frags for Program DF!

2 frags for fighting a level 25 boss, in comparison to 2 frags for an S2 mission, I could finally get the PAs that I want and not have to worry about getting a party to run S2 missions! :3
