She seems to babble a lot about irrelevant things. frankly it makes her sound possessed. am i missing something that explains what she says? i played all of pso but didnt delve to much into Ep4 where i know she is a main character.

Her lines are from the intro in Phantasy Star 4: The End of the Millenium.

Apparently her incoherent babbling is taken from one of the old Phantasy Star games. Unless you've played them it won't make any sense at all.

interesting, dam i am only on PS 1, must beat series >.<. any other PS references in this event? besides of course the MAG posters with alis and other PS characters.

Only one line I've heard her say is from PSIV. All the other stuff is just drabble.

Actually, she contains D-cells and turns into one of the bosses of Episode 4, so it's almost accurate. More correctly, she's Dark Falz's offspring... at least, sort of.

Episode 4 in Blue Burst adds plot to the story, including hints about Episode 3.

As for Rupika, something about her being transported on the Gran Squal to Leo Granhart or something. She was used somehow for the tractor beam that brought the meteor to Ragol, which caused some serious damage to Pioneer 2. He lured her to the subterranean desert where he could take advantage of the D-Cells inside of her (which were there for some reason, experiment, blah blah blah sci-fi tropes and what not) and all this shit goes down and then it turns out that she turns into the final boss, Saint-Milion. Or something like that. Whatever. Kinda like a SEED-form or some crap.

Eh? She says the opening narration to PSIV. Although the translators screwed up a bit (per usual) and change it from "Four Bells Tolled" to "Four bells lit".
