you give it to ur bot and it raises its stats depending on the thing. that raises its TECH

technically, all they are is 10* weps that can't be equipped. thats why they have wep icons and show up on the first page. but the only reason they exist is for feeding PM.

Yeah, its only a weapon because the amount of stat + the weapons give are dependant on its rank.
