no both?

Psycho wand have both: high pp and power.

If i have to choose one, i go for pp so that i can spam more spells. http://www.pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_wacko.gif

PP as a forte, power as a hybrid. At least thats what I prefer.

Well as a male newman, the race makes up for the loss in power in tech weps,so ill go with PP

Strength > Looks > PP for force weps. That's how I see it.

You can get PP from Photon Charges if absolutely necessary, and PP Cubes. And you can always carry more rods / wands / whatever. You can't get more TP outside of a 'ride or buffs, which you'd have up in either case. I say Technic Power > PP unless it's a very significant difference in PP and a minor difference in TP.

The trade-off between PP and Tech is not an issue. The issue is between casting speed and Tech. What is all comes down to is damage over time, DPS. The trick is to determine if you gain more damage from a high tech, or better damage over time with items like a Har/Quick (33% casting time &-100 Tech penalty).

EDIT: Of course the exception to this rule is buff/debuff skills and others that are not reliant upon Tech. In these cases the rank of the weapon (C,B,A,S; higher=faster) and the amount of PP are the only things that matter.
