I spent 8 and a half hours trying to get the materials to trade for a parum transfer ticket. finally got it, and so i figure it's like every PM item like the nanotransformer and so on and so fourth. so i click "give item" AND THE FUCKER EATS IT AND GIVES +11 ARMOR.... you'd think sega would have put something there that wouldnt let you make that mistake.. nope...... =,(

It doesn't actually remodel it though, it switches room location. I had no idea it'd let me feed it to my PM... Finding Beetle took forever. I can buy the other stuff for 60k but Beetle i gotta find again

It is a remodeling in a sense, since it changes the scenery outside. It's related more to your room than to your PM either way.

And Ugh @ Beetle. Neither of the other two tickets are this difficult.

It also moves your room to a different planet, so it makes even more sense that it's a remodelling ticket.

Funny thing is the Parum ticket is pretty boring and not worth the effort (imo).
