Does anyone know where these drop? No information on the main page about where to get them.

I believe they were an event-only drop from 1UP Cup.

If they are still going for mega bucks I might sell mine, I bought it back when they were real expensive like 10mil or something so hopefully I can make most of my money back with it. I just dont see any point to my hard anymore that Gi-Resta has taken its place for the most part and how cheap it is for healing items and such.

didnt they drop in dengeki cup on the jp servers, if so they should be dropping again in 3-4 months

Need better extra unints for human/newman. Or hell I'd be happy if they made the hard and tero hp restorew drop somewhere. My ME / Restore is annoying me.

I just sold mine for 25M. I would have had 30M for it from an offer someone made but I needed the money at the moment. Cheapest one on the Xbox 360 servers right now is 29M.
