When this armor is synthesized. If it is made without an element, does it's success rate increase or decrease?

Thanks.

It should decrease chance. Maybe if you use normal Photon, but if you use EL or IM it definatly will decrease

I'm pretty sure that like all line shields and weapons the success rate goes up when using Neutral Photons, but not with Im- and El-.

That goes without saying.... I mean if one uses normal "Photon"s.

some weapons do decrease. For example Range mags have a lower synthesis rate if you use "Photon"s .

That's news to me. But then again Range-MAGs aren't exactly normal as they are ranged weapons that use elemental photons. Maybe using Im-photons in them will have the normal effect of increasing the synth rate, since they are technically ranged weapons.

Yeah i checked it out. the rate does increase with the use of Im-Photons.

Regardless though. Can anyone give me a definite answer about the serafi-senba?

I was right? Wow. Well now this reaffirms that using the appropriate Neutral Photon will increase synth %.

PS: You might want to start using the edit button instead of posting back-to-back.

The success rate of a neutral Serafi-senba is somewhere around 90% in a pure armor PM. (That would be an increase.)

Can the Serafi-senba be made without an eliment?

yes

Why would you do it though? The chance to get a high element % is worth more than making a neutral element armor.

what if you dont got a Armor pm?
you could actually use those extra 3-5%
its better to have sumthing then nuthing right?

IF you don't have an Armor PM don't try to synth it. That's just dumb.

Not everyone can afford to have every element of armor, so it's easier to have neutral.

Or they could just not care to have every element.

As long as they know what they are doing, I could care less.

Er, guys. The success rate goes up on guns when using Im-photons because Im-photons are the standard photons that guns use.
