PA rebalance will be sometime after MAG, I believe. As for the master classes, not sure.

If ST is on the ball we should get the first 3 master types 2-3 updates after MAG. But that's a big if because of the terribly difficult to implment PA exp rebalance debacle. Even a month of delay wasn't enough to get that working god only knows what excuses they will come up with giving us the master types late.
