"Normal" Synth % with Pure PM? Daggers of Serafi

What is the [non-bonus improved] % for a Pure Striking PM to synth the "Daggers of Serafi"?

I've been lucky in the Lottery, snagging enough Serafi Feathers for the Halp Serafi Boards I've grabbed, and for a single DoS board...

I can confirm that. My Dagger of Serafi was made on my Tech PM, because it's always got a 100% success rate. I can't remember if Halp Serafi is the same or not.

Yes, both Halp Serafi and Daggers of Serafi have a base 100% success rate. I'd assume its because they're seasonal.

D'oh! I checked there - but used the search function for "Daggers of Serafi"
... and of course found zippity.

Any other Armor/Weapon Boards that have a 100% synth chance built-in?
