Horrible mag %'s

i got 4 mag's all 100 in each category and my rate of success is good but the %'s i get are not, the only thing i can think of is i dont take them into battle. would that cause my problem?

the elemental % of weapons you get is totally random. Keep trying, you'll get some high ones eventually.

I heard that you can feed your bot burning spicia and stuff like that to increase the fire %....is that true? the 2 times i have tried it, my weps were 34% and 42%
