Can i beat Hard Falz?

Get yourself a decent handgun-class weapon (a Railgun or Varista will be fine at this point), at minimum, for long-range attacks. A mechgun-class weapon is also useful for a lot of short-range damage very quickly. If you have 251+ HP (291+ in multi-player and online) you can survive anything Falz throws at you.

So to answer your question: Yes, you should be able to.

I have 336 HP, but i cannot use railgun because i have such bad ATA. I do have lockgun +7 and Assault +7 though

Use a dragon frame(level 43 and up) it has good light defense. And get one with slots. And a resist/light or better light units. At level 50 you should beat him easily. For his third form use foie when he's blonking it hurts him. You can use a handgun if you want to do like 40 damage. I used a good old dragon slayer:) Have a lot of healing items and good defense. His last form hits hard. You'll know he's almost dead when he start stealing your hp(don't hit him when he has you spirit. On your map there is a red line connected to you and him). After the battle enjoy the exp and items:) And watch the ending.

You really should have no problem. I defeated Dark Falz on hard (offline) with my HUcast at lvl 42.

Falz is not hard he's just so damn cheap is not even funny. You should be ok at that level offline though.

My FOmarl defeated him at level 39... so go for it. All you really need is high light resistance, anything else is your preference.
