How will the grinding bonus work?

I know it's 10% but does that mean if you're using a +10, whatever the current success rate is will be bumped up one. Example, S ranks will get 2nd grind free on 3* with +10. High will become very high and so on?

No, it just means that the base grind %'s have +10%. If you look on PSUPEDIA, I believe they have the grinding %'s layed out. But who knows... the +10% could actually give the 2nd grind a "No chance of failure" markation. I don't.

1-2 no chance of failure
3-6 very high
7-10 high.
