It does get amusing after the stupid Yotsuba thing is over, but it doesn't live up to the cat&mouse epictry of the first half.
BUT THE ENDING IS SO FUCKING EPIC OMG.

By the same peeps who did Bebop and Wolf's Rain and all. Only saw the first episode so I haven't formed an opinion. Its on pretty much any anime streaming website.

Huh. I stopped watching right around the Yotsuba bit from boredom...

Up until near that point, yes, the series was very good from the constant mental war. Light and L made chess grandmasters look stupid.

I found out today when seeing Iron Man that for two days this month my theatre is showing the live action Death Note movie. Next month they're doing a bleach movie.

why not? the bleach movie was actually pretty good (saw it subbed) of course it will never be princess mononoko class but its still fairly good
