Preta, Speed King, and Elsral.

I noticed something about Preta, recently. It actually shoots twice as fast as a regular mag. It dosn't have incapacitate like many believe.

I assume the Speed King might be even faster. It seems that it has a lightning percentage. Anyone know the milestone required during the Japanese Dengeki?

Ad does anyone have a pic of Elsral? I remember seeing a pic of a mag that looked sorta like the Rati... But I'm not sure if this is the Elsral...

Speed King was received by reaching the 1,000,000 point milestone in Dengeki MC.

Just got a Frauduke Board, but... meh, flying flower doesn't inspire cool.

Right now, nothing drops it or its board. The AOTI Perfect Bible doesn't even mention any drop info for it.

Speculation would lead me to believe that Mother Brain or Dark Falz may drop it at LV150+ since they both drop Frauduke from LV125-149. But, we'll know for sure on one of those (Mother Brain) since Japan will be receiving Electronic Brain S2 this Thursday.

The reason it does not have incapacitate is due to being neutral and not dark element. If SEGA would fix this and give Preta a dark element it would be able to have the incapacitate ability.

They shoot extra fast. If you get in close, you can hit with both shots on an enemey... You do some decent damage very fast. I really want the Speed King, though, because of the lightning element... Does it have a status effect because of this?
