Can the NPC weapons drop on any rank?

Can Silence Claw drop on S and can the 11* Rod drop on C? would they have the same drop rate?

They drop on any rank including C, Rupika dropped her Kazardoc once out of a 100 (or so) runs. Think the character drops as well as the area drops are just very rare.

i experienced that the ank zagzac of kireek drops very often ... when ruins were unlocked the first week i did 3 runs with kirrek and 4 axes were droping! (1x S, 2xC).
I got a silence claw after the 4th run with sue and a second one after a short period.
Ashes stag took more time to drop , but not as long as kazarodoc...
it took me about 200 runs to get one! the onlytime i saw it drop... though (but on C)

(Ok, so Kazarodoc is at least a vague option to use if you hate the look of the Chao Staff and don't have the money to get anything better.)

Only seen one NPC weapon drop. The useless Ank Zagzac or whatever it's called.

I've seen them drop and I have run the diffrnt levels - cept for the stag cutrally cuz ash is LAME-O!

I'm the opposite of u chu-chu i've only seen the Stag drop out of the 4
