AotI-PC/PS2: Legit hoshi kikaMIC?

So I find someone selling a hoshi kikaMIC for sale but PSO world says its not able to be obtained yet legit. Is this person doing some hacking by chance? I dont want to get something thats not released D:

Id even go as far as to report this person if I get a solid answer here. Thanks for any replies to this situation. Im talking about US servers.

Hm... If I do remember correctly, you can just use a Hoshi-kikami board and substitute Kubara Wood for the Neu Walna so that you can get the Hoshi-Kikamic.

Oh thank goodness, was worried for abit lol, does it still shoot stars like the original? Id love to know befor making the purchase
