Been leveling my PM and I went out and spent a bit of cash on some weapons for it to eat... But now its full? is that a 24 hour cooldown or what? I just wanna feed it some more. get it to 50 for a second change.

I believe you only have to wait 12 hours for it to become hungry again.

any idea how much i can feed when it becomes hungry again? or will the cap be high like the first time?

It'll be the same. After you give it 100 items, it'll become full again.
