Melton's Shop is the Koltova juice bar in West Holtes City. But last I checked, she really didn't have that much info on drop items outside of a few wood types, photons and hard materials.

Omega Acid is more common on lower ranks (B-A).

Run MAG on B, I get a lot of them from the mines area those robots seem to drop them fairly often. I'd run it up to mines then abort.
