How much meseta does average JP players has?

Today, I heard that because of many events, average player in JP has meseta more than 100 mil legibly. and some good individual has over 300 mil? Is that true? How do they farm that much meseta from missions ?

I can confirm it with most materials price in jp are around the same as in PC server.
when they can sell things in expensive price, it mean that people got a lot meseta.

They have more people but also more money to spread out so im sure the average is about the same for us.....
