Does it still only do 80% of the Max possible damage if you use PA's on it like it used to? I was looking at the updates and stumbled across this:

"The Hanzo and all Kubara striking weapons have been upgraded to make them work better with photon arts. "

They changed it so that Photon Arts on Kubara striking weapons do 100% of the damage they're supposed to when AotI came out.
