Rattlesnacs (made) dropping on SEED Train???

I was looking at the item database and it says that Rattlesnacs are an area drop for the SEED Train when the monsters are level 150+.

When do we get this mission? Where is it located? Does Japan have it yet?

Japan just received SEED Express (http://psupedia.info/SEED_Express) this past Thursday, so we've got a little wait ahead of us for it.

EDIT: Oh, and it's on Parum. The mission is started at Paracabana Coast.
