Where do I turn in Weapon Badges

I was in hospital for the last 2 weeks and was unable to turn in my badges...Where can I go to do that now?

Nowhere until they decide what they're doing with the 2 week extension.

Official date for the extension has not been announced yet, but it will probably be late June. Once the extension arrives the exchange mission will also return, and you will be able to exchange your badges then.

Why the hell was it taken out in the first place? It's not like you updated or anything.
