I haven't played since shortly after launch and it seems like deaths no longer effect your overall rank in missions. Am I crazy or is that true?

Also I heard they added classic maps from PSO like Forest, Caves, etc. Can anyone tell me how to get to these?

The death penalty no longer applies to NPCs you bring into parties =) If someone dies and is not moon atomized or chooses to go to the lobby, that counts as a penalty.

As for the PSO stages, during MAG the event had all the stages be from PSO. You can also get a chance to play Forest of Illusion [PSO Forest] by playing any Moatoob mission and getting it unlocked. Once unlocked and you play it, it disappears until you unlock it again. It has 500% EXP and Item Drop bonus.

If you stopped since launched, you were playing a very different game back then. It's much better now with AoI (the expansion). Read up on the updates/changes & see how ya like them. ;]

IMO The difficulty of the game from launch to when hacking ran rampant was great compared to what it is now
