Write in a support ticket to SEGA and see if you were banned unjustly. Otherwise, no.

depends on if you actually did something, you can always start anew acount if you want to pla that badly and they say no.

All depends on what happened. If you're banned by SEGA you can send in a support ticket but if it was from Microsoft, if on 360, then good luck!

depends why were you banned it should say on the ticket I have heard of people being banned accidentally but if they banned your console and gamertag in any case your fucked. You could always get the pc/ps2 version and play if you were desperate. If you were banned for glitch,hacking,bug exploiting i don't think they will unban you

they can but it is easy to change your computer to have it unbanned
