Not sure I understand....but sounds like you want to use MS points to pay for your monthly subscription :-?

its $9.99 a month or you can by a discounted group of months.
i don't think tehre are any US time cards. mabe in japan there are but not here.... that ive seen anyways.

To be exact, what you are looking to purchase is called a Guardians License and costs $9.99 a month. The Hunters License was for PSO, cost $7.99 a month and is no longer available.
