PA "rebalence"

so rather than singleing out the "problem PAs" ST decides to speed up everything at least 2X with bullets sped-up 3X. while indeed rifles, x-bows, lazers, and shotties get a nice boost... I cant help to think how absurdly fast card and bow bullets will now level 0_o

I am not complaining or anything, I am just stating that already fast-leveling PAs will now be even faster to level. Majarra anyone?
