I honestly don't know. As far as I can tell it just broke somehow and was to unused and irrelevant to bother fixing.

As I understand, it's because the old name wasn't jpsmile; there was an extra a in there. Frankly, though, I think reinstating the icon under a slightly modified name is not a huge improvement, given its, umm, blatantly stereotypical appearance. But what do I know?
