Basically you can't block out what's happening around you effiectively so you're always getting distracted by something that happens around (and you can't help it, make note of that)

Yeah, basically. whenever I try to watch an episode of anime, like 10 minutes into it I just get bored because I'm so distracted I don't focus on it enough to know what's going on and I exit out and do something more simple/quick <<;

OR, I start thinking about something else and want to do that instead.

Yeah, it usually takes me like 3 weeks to beat a 6-hour game. Not because I'm excessively bad (just mildly bad!) at video games, but because I...play for 10 minutes at a time
