Means to reporting scammers?

My friend just got scammed out of his 26% 4/4 agito repca, he has his info, all he needs is to report him. He is good friends with sage and that other GM but we are not sure how to report him or anything else. Any help will be needed. :(:(:(

i do believe that Sega has a customer service e-mail, send it over to them, if they can't help you they'll probably be able to direct you to who.

check the PSU forums as well, they should have something up there as well
