What is the requisite for Tylors Card?

at the end of the 2nd chapter of EP3 I didn't get Tylor's card, what gives?

Man I hate that no map maze mission, some one needs to make a guide for it.

But yeah, what about Tylor's card?

does it mater? NO I haven't. :/ on my new save file anyway, Im playing on PS3 instead of PS2 now you see. :P

EDIT: I see this is an OLD problem, I guess you do have to finish Ep2, since when I got it i had finished Ep 2.

Alfort Tylor's partner card has three requirements: clear Episode 2 Chapter 10 Act 2 then defeat Tylor in Episode 3 Chapter 2 Act 1 then clear Episode 3 Chapter 2 Act 2.
