Telepipe trick?

I've been looking for this supposed "telepipe trick". BUt I can't find it. WOndering what it is, what it does.

It's a way to find yourself rare versions of certain monsters. You basically find a place where a lot of a particular enemy appears, say a rappy, then if they drop and none of them are rare you telepipe or ryuker out and then go right back in to have them drop again. As they drop again you have another chance to encounter a rare form of the monster. If not just pipe out again and keep trying. I've heard some people can do it for hours and still not find a rare monster though...
