need to put up a portrait

i cant find any rooms that allow me to put up my portraits please tell me witch one i need to get i am really confused cause someone told me i have to have the one that you start with?

Once you turn on the placement mode, walk up to a wall in your main room. It should have a square on it that you can highlight. If you can, then you can place the poster there. If you have a pre-AoI room/v.1 room, you can't use posters if I recall.

That link will bring you to the item database here. On the drop down menu to the right under "version" pick AOI and click go. Most if not all those results allow you to put up posters I believe.
