Hive on 4th floor but that map is a bitch. Your better off hunting for 11* at Dual Sentinel Relics in Parum

Its hard to define what would be "best" as that could go many ways depending on material drops, and other possible drops throughout either mission.

In terms of mission ease and quick completion, I would chose Electronic Brain.
