To my knowledge the board used to drop from Grove of Fanatics. But lately in my hunts for 11* stuff i've only happened across the made product. Perhaps a lower difficulty would drop the board.

use the PSO-world item data base you'll find that you'll need tear of light for something soon... or if not you then everyone else.

Theres a version of Mirei's Divine Maiden clothing coming out that requires a Tear of Light as the trade item.

Still doesn't answer the question on why they would need a tear of light board. I have two stacks of 99 tear of light from my many many many Grove of Fanatics runs. Now it drops completed along with Blizzard Pop. Why would you need a board when the completed item is easily available? Why pay 300k for something that is free when you run GoF?

Tear of Light does not come as a board anymore. There are still some people that have the board but that was from pre-aoi days

BOARD. WHY A BOARD. I know reading is optional, but tear of light drops as a completed item now. The OP paid 300k for the board. It makes no sense.
