So, what's up with the double billing?

So I got billed for PSU on the 2nd, and again just today. Naturally, since the game is barely worth $10 a month, this has me a bit annoyed.

I couldn't find the thread where this was talked to death, and I must admit that I don't remember what it was titled.

Should I just make up a ticket saying "Look dewds, you charged me twice. WTF"?

Do they think free month means charging twice?

Do send in a ticket. I had the same experience, but I noticed it early. They credited the first debit back.

I have a slightly diffrent thing with mine....I have two charges in a two week period like everyone else, but the charge before that was a month and a half from the first double charge....essentualy my billing came out as it should be...just I wasn't billed at the right time for it.

If I didn't explaine that right heres how mine looks:

They're probably just getting us for the free month. For May and June - we owe $20 instead of just $10 for June.
