Not sure how strong it is in EO2 yet, but in the first, it ranked way up there in attack power, and was the strongest attack a survivalist could use. Essentially, its a single person firing off an arrow rain, that then proceeds to crash down like a hail of bullets. Armor-piercing bullets.

No, it all hits one target. For a couple-thousand damage. (For comparison, the overall strongest attack in the game, Midareba, hits three times for around 850-900, from a character around 10 levels higher-albeit with slightly worse gear.) Its able to knock half the health off of the fourth-stratum boss.

He can travel dimensions. That is not just a swordsman. Yugioh takes what would otherwise be a final boss and reduces it to something close to "plain."
