Quick and Stupid Question: Goggles gained where/how?

Now, I'm a first-day PSU player - but I've really only played 'moderately' (1100+hrs) on one character.

Friend is starting up (again), and had forgotten how to get the Goggles item...

...and I realized that I had too! >>;

So, where and how does one gain the Goggles for one's new alt?

You don't even need to finish it. Just watch the cutscene, and abandon after you start. Unless you like doing the missions. :wacko:
